On February 27, 2019, the State Environmental Monitoring Bureau issued an opinion on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report prepared by SIA “Ģeo Eko Risinājumi” for the Proposed Activity of SIA “Apse KL” – extraction of sand and gravel at the “Blomi” mineral deposit in Inčukalns Parish, Inčukalns Municipality.
