Dates of the Decisions Requiring an EIA and Report Preparation The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedure was initiated by Decisions No. 37 of March 13, 2017, and No. 295 of November 17, 2016, issued by the State Environmental Monitoring Bureau. The report was prepared on August 1, 2018. Following the State Environmental Monitoring Bureau's letter No. 5-01/1302 dated December 18, 2018, the report was revised, and the updated version was submitted to the State Environmental Monitoring Bureau on February 7, 2019.
