5. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedure was initiated by Decision No. AP22SI0038 of the Permit Administration Department of the State Environmental Service, dated May 5, 2022.
6. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report was prepared in October 2024 and submitted for public consultation. Following the public consultation, the report was updated and submitted to the Energy and Environment Agency on May 26, 2025. The report was subsequently revised to incorporate the information specified by the State Environmental Service in its letter No. 11.16/AP/1283/2026, dated February 10, 2026.
