4. Report Prepared by – SIA “Ģeo Eko Risinājumi”, Registration No. 40103207530, registered address: Ēveles iela 14 k-1–2, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia.
5. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedure was initiated by Decision No. VI21SI0064 of the Vidzeme Regional Environmental Board of the State Environmental Service, dated June 10, 2021.
6. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report was prepared in October 2024 and submitted for public consultation. Following the public consultation, the report was updated and submitted to the Energy and Environment Agency on January 16, 2025. The report was subsequently updated to incorporate the information specified in the Energy and Environment Agency’s letter No. 0.4/316/2025-N, dated March 4, 2025.
