5. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedure was initiated by Decision No. VI21SI0064 of the Vidzeme Regional Environmental Board of the State Environmental Service, dated June 10, 2021.
6. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report was prepared in October 2024 and submitted for public consultation. Following the public consultation, the report was updated and submitted to the State Environmental Monitoring Bureau on January 16, 2025.
