3. Project Proponent – SIA “DVL”, Registration No. 40003579272, registered address: Vecupes iela 3, Engure, Engure Parish, Tukums Municipality, Latvia.
4. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedure was initiated by Decision No. KU21SI0089 of the Kurzeme Regional Environmental Board of the State Environmental Service, dated October 11, 2021.
5. On November 14, 2023, the revised EIA report for the Proposed Activity was submitted to the State Environmental Monitoring Bureau.
