Ogre Municipality informs the public that, pursuant to the Municipal Council Decision of September 22, 2016 (Minutes No. 14, § 5), the draft detailed spatial plan for the “Vecmuižnieki 2” property in Taurupe Parish, Ogre Municipality (land unit with cadastral designation 7492 007 0063), October 6 to November 2, 2016. has been submitted for public consultation.
The draft detailed spatial plan provides for the extraction of mineral resources on the “Vecmuižnieki 2” property, where the planned (permitted) land use is designated as agricultural land and green space (forest).
During the public consultation period, the detailed spatial plan documents can be reviewed on the municipality's website: www.ogresnovads.lvon the Ģeolatvija.lv portal, in the Spatial Development Planning Information System (TAPIS), and in the second-floor lobby of the Taurupe Parish Administration building at Bērzu iela 6, Taurupe, Taurupe Parish, Ogre Municipality, during the administration's working hours.
Written comments on the draft detailed spatial plan may be submitted to the Madliena Building Authority at “Pagastmāja”, Madliena, Madliena Parish, Ogre Municipality, LV-5045, or through the Spatial Development Planning Information System (TAPIS).
