{"id":798,"date":"2016-09-30T18:56:00","date_gmt":"2016-09-30T18:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.geoeko.lv\/?p=798"},"modified":"2026-10-21T10:02:19","modified_gmt":"2026-10-21T08:02:19","slug":"pazinojums-par-detalplanojuma-publisko-apspriesanu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geoeko.lv\/en\/2016\/09\/30\/pazinojums-par-detalplanojuma-publisko-apspriesanu\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice of Public Consultation on the Detailed Spatial Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ogre Municipality informs the public that, pursuant to the Municipal Council Decision of September 22, 2016 (Minutes No. 14, \u00a7 5), the draft detailed spatial plan for the \u201cVecmui\u017enieki 2\u201d property in Taurupe Parish, Ogre Municipality (land unit with cadastral designation 7492 007 0063),&nbsp;<strong>October 6 to November 2, 2016.<\/strong>&nbsp;has been submitted for public consultation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The draft detailed spatial plan provides for the extraction of mineral resources on the \u201cVecmui\u017enieki 2\u201d property, where the planned (permitted) land use is designated as agricultural land and green space (forest).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the public consultation period, the detailed spatial plan documents can be reviewed on the municipality's website:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ogresnovads.lv\/\">www.ogresnovads.lv<\/a>on the \u0122eolatvija.lv portal, in the Spatial Development Planning Information System (TAPIS), and in the second-floor lobby of the Taurupe Parish Administration building at B\u0113rzu iela 6, Taurupe, Taurupe Parish, Ogre Municipality, during the administration's working hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Written comments on the draft detailed spatial plan may be submitted to the Madliena Building Authority at \u201cPagastm\u0101ja\u201d, Madliena, Madliena Parish, Ogre Municipality, LV-5045, or through the Spatial Development Planning Information System (TAPIS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact person: Head of the Madliena Building Authority, I.
